Step up your cycling game with the HXC 1501 wheel from leading cycling brand DT Swiss. Designed with the avid E-MTB cyclist in mind, this robust and durable wheelset is built to last. Weighing in at a trim 1800 grams, this robust wheelset is perfect for full-power rigs, promising long term usage without compromising on quality.

  • Understanding the pressures E-MTBs can put on wheels, DT Swiss has engineered the HXC 1501 to withstand the increased weight, higher drive torque, and regular usage that comes with serious cycling. This is the ultimate wheel for the devoted E-MTB rider.
  • A standout feature of the HXC 1501 design is the rear hub, which features DT Swiss's new E-MTB-specific Ratchet EXP oversized system. With an enlarged mechanism, this 30-tooth mechanism promises durability and longevity.
  • The HXC 1501's rims boast reinforced spoke beds, capable of handling high loads over a considerable period. The straight pull spokes, custom-made for the Hybrid range, feature an oversized 2.35mm hub interface, offering another layer of protection to one of the wheel's key stress points.
  • DT Swiss has optimised the HXC 1501 for increased endurance. To earn the 'Hybrid certified' stamp from the in-house testing lab, these wheels have survived 50% more life cycles, endured 20% higher load tests, and shown that the bearings can handle almost twice the maximum load of a standard wheel. This wheelset proves that durability and performance can go hand in hand.
  • Although built with E-MTB use in mind, these wheels are also perfect for larger riders, bike packers or anyone needing a durable wheelset with a high weight limit.
  • The HXC carbon rims are designed for toughness. The hookless design, with its 30 or 35mm internal width, supports high volume trail rubber - perfect for demanding terrain.
  • With a system weight limit of 140KG, and including DT tubeless rim tape and valves, these are the wheels to take your cycling to the next level.
