A standout feature of the HXC 1501 design is the rear hub, which features DT Swiss's new E-MTB-specific Ratchet EXP oversized system. With an enlarged mechanism, this 30-tooth mechanism promises durability and longevity.
The HXC 1501's rims boast reinforced spoke beds, capable of handling high loads over a considerable period. The straight pull spokes, custom-made for the Hybrid range, feature an oversized 2.35mm hub interface, offering another layer of protection to one of the wheel's key stress points.
DT Swiss has optimised the HXC 1501 for increased endurance. To earn the 'Hybrid certified' stamp from the in-house testing lab, these wheels have survived 50% more life cycles, endured 20% higher load tests, and shown that the bearings can handle almost twice the maximum load of a standard wheel. This includes adjusting saddle height, saddle position and where possible adjusting the brake levers / gear shifters.

We will also adjust any accessories you have purchased with your bike where applicable.

Free 6 week service (at your nearest store)

When you buy a bike from us you will get a free service at your nearest Bicycle Chain store within 6 weeks of taking delivery of your bike.

The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
