The Alien Seatpost range is one of the lightest on the market and the Alien Carbon is the lightest in the range. Intelligent design and high grade materials ensure that the weight is as low as possible while maintaining durability and long lifespan. The Alien clamping system has continually evolved with the latest being the Alien Cyclops. Using a larger (3mm hex key) single bolt central to the clamp design, the Alien Cyclops makes adjustment easier and faster. It has been used by World-class athletes, at World Cups and by amateurs alike. It was developed for the fastest, toughest riders on the planet. It was selected to adapt Laurne Jalabert’s bike in the Tour de France to assist him in winning the King of the Mountains jersey.
*Supplied with standard 7x7mm clamp. Other size clamps to fit oval carbon rails are available. Please see the saddle manufacturers measurement, if the rails are wrapped please check the measurements are still valid.

The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.
